Chaytor Co. are specialists in the design, fabrication and installation of fences and gates in the BOP and Waikato alongside an Electrical & Security and Cable Locate business. An awesome opportunity is available for an experienced Office Administrator to join our very cool family like team.
Chaytor Co. focuses on providing an exceptional customer journey which you will take ownership for. You will also collaborate and multi-task across the businesses within the accounts, administration and customer support functions. This role provides administrative support to management and staff, coordinates office activities, and maintains systems that support productivity and organisation across the business group.
About the role….
- Undertake all general administrative duties required to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, and phone calls
- Processing invoices, bank reconciliations, Xero transactions
- Fleet management
- H&S co-ordinator support
- IT liaison support
- Internal sales support to the Project Managers
